Before I started my company I decided to carry out a survey with my potential customers to find out what people really wanted from a gardener. The answer I got was pretty clear to me. They wanted them to be reliable, do what they said they would do when they said they would do it and value for money. So that's what I have tried to do from day one and I now run my business on those three basic key principles
